Namah Resort - A Lifetime Remembrance of My Stay @Namah_JimCorbet

Namah Resort - A Lifetime Remembrance of My Stay @Namah_JimCorbet

Think of a place to stay at Jim Corbett where you prefer to stay the whole day instead of going out for a safari or forest tour. The place I am talking about is so much surrounded by nature but gives you a luxury class comfort. The place is having so beautiful scenic views within the property itself to keep you hooked with complete joy and fulfillment. The place that has water bodies and ponds, fantastic view of hills and clouds resting in the lap of hills, view of deep forests on one side, and Kosi river flowing right adjacent to it. You find trees full of flowers and fruits bowing gracefully as you walk across. The greenery around and the spaciously constructed blocks of luxury rooms. The interiors and exteriors are placed to graciously. I am talking about Namah Resort situated at NH-121, Dhikoli, Jim Corbett.

Namah Resort is Amalgamation of Luxury and Serenity

Namah Resort - A Lifetime Remembrance of My Stay @Namah_JimCorbet

You can have a walkthrough of Namah Resort here. I treat this place as the unification of luxury, nature, and serenity. Probably that is a unique combination that you will find rarely. The tagline “Straight from the Heart” is there living magnificently not only on every wall, pathway, facility or service but you will find it flowing in the blood and heart of every single staff of this property. Namah Resort is a place where you not only spend your today gracefully but build some great moments to stay in your memory for a lifetime.
Namah Resort - A Lifetime Remembrance of My Stay @Namah_JimCorbet

If you are planning to visit Jim Corbett with your family or/and friends, don't miss an opportunity to have a heavenly experience. The property is designed in a huge area with a lot of beauty in and around. The place has adequate facilities to engage you, your family and friends, not to leave behind the bandwagon of kids. In fact, the location is ideal for the corporate world to organize their CXOs official vacation trip here.

Hotels in Matheran are Easy and Profitable to Book

Matheran is a quite popular hill station in Maharashtra. If you have to find hotels in Matheran, it can be a problem if you are going there for the first time. It is always advisable to do a good amount of research for the places where you are going for the first time. Whenever I am going to any location for the first time, I try to find out as much information online as possible to ensure that I am not landing there without any knowledge about the place. The life and lifestyle have changed tremendously. Today's lifestyle is not as relaxed as it used to be a decade back. We are in a fast forward mode most of the time now. The tasks in hand are more than the time we have. That kind of situation demands a highly reliable website where you can find comprehensive, trustworthy, and time-tested information that you can follow blindfolded.

Matheran is situated on the Western Ghats and is the smallest hill station in India in size. It is 800 meters above sea level. Matheran is less than 100 km from Mumbai and around 120 km from Pune. The best way to reach there is by road. It's proximity to many cities around makes it quite popular and easy-to-access destination among the residents of Maharashtra. Even it is popular among tourists visiting Maharashtra. Matheran is a favorite weekend destination around. Matheran means “forest on the forehead”. It has been declared as an eco-sensitive region by the Ministry of Environment and Forest, Government of India. It is a unique hill station in Asia being the only automobile-free area.

If I have to visit a new location for a vacation, my first preference will be to search for the best hotels in that area so that the family enjoys most and stays comfortably. For finding Hotels in Matheran, it is important to find them by star rating. At Cleartrip, I could easily find Matheran hotels by star rating along with the number of hotels in each category available. There are 5 hotels in 3-star category, 7 hotels in 2-star category and 2 hotels in 1-star category.

Hotels in Matheran are Easy and Profitable to Book

If you want to locate hotels by area, it is easy to find here. The are 2 hotels in Alexander Point, 6 hotels in Bazaar Peth, 5 in Charlotte Lake, 2 on Charlotte Lake Road, 5 on Chinoy Road, 2 are on Maulana Azad Road, and so on. This is what made me fall in love with Cleartrip. The clarity, precision and simplicity with which the required information has been presented are really praiseworthy. It shows the attitude of getting into customer's shoes and then assessing the standard and design of the relevant pages for providing information to the customer. The search phenomenon is not yet over on the site as many people would like to search for hotels by a chain. This is also available there. And finally, if you want to find hotels in Matheran by property type, that provision is also there. There are 2 properties in resorts category, 1 property is in bed & breakfast category and 1 property falls under heritage hotels. That is the beauty of the Cleartrip.com to provide best of the information with most professional, efficient and precise manner in best possible way.

Fuelled by Love and Compassion You Can Win Every Customer And Battle

Marketing and Service fuelled by love and compassion is quite important

It is quite important for marketers to be more authentic and show people behind the brand. People are the main key. People build relationships, grow them strong, generate power and lead towards success. Everything has to be fuelled by love and compassion. When people in your team are heartwarming, it impacts a lot on the overall growth of the organization. When organizations grow, people working in it automatically grow. A marketer must have a capability of creating a deep bond with its people working in the organization and people who consume its service or the product.

Fuelled by Love and Compassion – Two Powerful Tools for Marketers

If you look at this video above, you will understand what I am trying to say. It is so touching that it wet my eyes. It creates a big picture right in the beginning. It is beyond generic marketing tactics played by marketers. The message is clear quite loudly. It talks about love. There is an element of love with the country where you work. There has to be a deep bond created with the place where you work and the people around. Few messages are wonderfully driven in this video. The heart has a big role to play in whatever you do. If you love your work and people availing your services you get a signal of everyone loving back. In this video we see Helena Flynn, 23 working with British Airways. Since she is part of worldwide maincrew she is posted on flights coming to India. The way she prepares herself and presents herself in the flight is marvelously captured. The way she builds a bond with Mrs. Reddy gradually results in mutual respect. This is quite an impactful video.

Fuelled by Love and Compassion – Two Powerful Tools for Marketers

British Airways has customized its product and service to India to suit their Indian customers. It is not possible if you don’t know India well. That is something fuelled by love. British Airways has been flying to India since 1924. There are 49 flights from London Heathrow that operate to five cities in India. These are Mumbai, Bengaluru, New Delhi, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Overall, it is an important message to build a strong bond with your customer. Serve truly and heartily. Such bonding never fails. Such bonding never dies. Such bonding stays for life.

Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok Unsafe According To IATA

IATA declares Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok lacking Safety

Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok must address to airport safety issues

IATA warns Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok against risks of scarce capacity and inferior taxiways

The Thai government has been warned Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport against high risks of scarce capacity and inferior taxiways. These are high potential safety issues that need to be addressed by the Suvarnabhumi Airport at a top priority. The lack of safety at Bangkok Airport is a severe threat to people. The airport authorities and Thai government must plan to mitigate these high risks at the earliest. They must take immediate actions to clear these anticipated threats. The infrastructure, security, space, and technology are the best tools to address these risks. The problems are riskier because of the high volume of international commuters transiting at this airport. Bangkok is among the top most tourist places in the world. In fact, the travel industry is the main earner for Thailand. It impacts highly on Thailand’s economy. The impact of these risks might be taken seriously by the international travelers thus deteriorating in volumes.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) plays a major role in auditing and reporting such issues to respective countries. Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok is Thailand’s main airport. In fact, a year ago, another air industry organization also issued similar kind of safety warnings to Thailand government. It was about inspection and regulation at the airport. It seems that Thai government understands the negative impact. They have formed two independent agencies to administer and closely watch airports and airlines in the country. The most important factor is to identify the loopholes and address to them at the earliest with a concrete plan. The funny part is that the government is seeking more time from IATA and other air industry organizations to meet international standards. What a pity that an international airport with the quite high traffic of airlines and passengers is not meeting the international standards? The blame should be put on IATA and other air industry organizations. Were they sleeping so far? Why were the timely alerts and alarms not raised? What is the structured pattern to identify the culprit countries and force them to address to such problems immediately? What is the penalty mechanism? How can the life of so many people be put at risk?

Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok came into existence almost ten years back. It is Thailand’s mainstream airport for the inflow of thousands of tourists on a daily basis. It is in fact, the international gateway to Thailand. As per IATA, the operating levels have gone overboard that needs to be addressed immediately. The expansion of Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok is inevitable the situation explodes further. There are many ways to do it. The foremost priority of the country should be to restrict the inflow in a structured manner. The number of tourists and airlines arriving in Thailand at this airport must be controlled.

A Great Insight On #ResponsibleTourism

9th December 2015. A complete day to spend with the national and international think tank in Responsible Tourism. A lot of takeaways. It was a fabulous learning, brainstorming and introspecting. Everyone was wishing we had more time to listen to the excellent thoughts of the gurus in the field.

The event was organized by the prestigious outlook group. Blogging partners - none other than Blogadda. It was all well organized. There were state tourism stalls of Kerala, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Uttarakhand. Great insights shared by the esteemed speakers. There have been a lot of initiatives being taken by the state tourism departments but more or less these initiatives are not well organized, are scattered and not collated well. A number of private players are also engaged in creating an overall atmosphere of Responsible Tourism.

source: ignatiansolidarity.net
The opening address was from Harold Goodwin, Professor of Responsible Tourism, Manchester Metropolitan University. He is also the Director of International Center for Responsible Tourism. The efforts are on from both the ends, on a large scale, globally. Every country is facing the heat of the fire. It is already too late getting into it but then it is never too late to initiate a drive. This drive is for the sustenance of nature. Most of the countries are now aware of the problem and trying to do their best in this regard.

For a country like India, there are more challenges as compared to any other country. We have inbound tourism more than the outbound. And then there is a huge diversification in culture, language difference, geographic conditions being different and less engagement from governments (state and national). Everything needs to be driven in a collaborated manner rather than energies being spent in different directions in a scattered way.

Besides government's role, it is the prime responsibility of each tour operator, tourist and other stakeholders engaged in the tourism ecosystem to own this responsibility. As a tourist, it becomes our sole responsibility to cater to nature in a positive way rather than consuming resources at a tremendous speed. Obviously, we are now falling short of natural resources like water, forests, energy, We must be as preserving and caring as we are at home. At a tourist destination, there need to be a discipline and some set of rules to be incorporated that must be adhered to by one and all.

After all, it is the question of our own existence and survival. We can't afford to shred away from our responsibilities to become a responsible tourist and leave nothing for our coming generations.

#ResponsibleTourism Who Owns The Responsibility

There is a big cry all over, so is the furor. The problem is much bigger. It is global, It is to stop something happening against nature. The cry is more than the actual actions. And even whatsoever actions are happening are happening in a very disorganized and scattered manner. The harm that is happening to nature is in much more intensity than the actions. Probably there is a higher competition between crying/ making noise and the harm to nature. The actual competition should be between the actions to avert those harmful activities and the harm to nature. Only then the situation can be brought to a sustainable level once the actions go louder than the cry and the harmful activities.

We have not learnt to own responsibility. Everyone thinks it is the cake is for me and the spill needs to be cleaned by someone else. Why we disown the harm and the cause. We are the causative factors. We are going against nature. When we travel we care damn about our actions and deeds, or rather the wrong actions and misdeed that we do. Once each person owns its responsibility and stops causing the harmful activities, probably the harm itself will start decreasing. Even if it happens inch by inch, person by person, it will become impactful in a short period.

source: http://www.dreamnepal.com.np
In the name of exploration of nature during our travel, we try to explore forests which create disturbance around the habitats of the forests. We love boating in the rivers, but we don't care about eating, during our enjoying trips, and throwing garbage, leftovers and waste in the rivers. The same we do on the seashores. We love camping in the jungles and enjoying during the dark hours with loud music and bonfires. All this disturbs the ecosystem and nature in a big way, that we never realize. The waste, plastics, noise, bonfire, all impact nature in a big way to the farthest of the spectrum.

Who is responsible for all this chaos if not me. When I am travelling why should I look for the guidelines from my tour operator or someone else. Why can't I set my own rules? Why can't I set an example for others? Why can't I stop looking for others to initiate? Why can't I become the CHANGE FACTOR? Why can't I spread a strong signal that I love NATURE more than anyone else on this earth? If I am able to do this, I can kindle 100 more candles just with the help of my small actions that demonstrate a big urge inside me.

Park Plaza Zirakpur: A Grand Place For A Family Vacation Or A Huge Event

Park Plaza Zirakpur Chandigarh and Sarovar Hotels A Grand Place

Park Plaza Zirakpur Chandigarh from Sarovar Hotels is a great place for family vacations

Park Plaza Zirakpur near Chandigarh by Sarovar Hotels is a great hotel for family vacation and large events.

I would call it a rare and unique combination of serenity and business. A property that is ostentatious on one hand and standing tall with modesty and generosity on the other hand. This is the place where you can visit for your personal, professional or official purpose. It could be a family vacation or a business meet or a professional meetup. Space and luxury promise to add manifold grandeur to any event that is organized here. Park Plaza Zirakpur from Sarovar Hotels stands amongst very few largest properties having 80,000 square feet of banqueting space including the lawns. This huge space can easily absorb more than 3,000 guests. Property suits well to organize large training, event, workshop, exhibition, product launch, wedding, family function, festival, social event, seminar or for that sake suits well for any occasion.

Park Plaza Zirakpur and Sarovar Hotels have added prestige to Zirakpur. Perfection is the named as Park Plaza Zirakpur here. The property is a whole new world in its own that promises to keep you engaged and connected. I stayed here for two nights and had a great experience that I would be sharing below. Strategically, this hotel is placed well adjoining to many commercial cities of Punjab having large businesses that can plan their events at this place. It is hardly 6 kilometers away from Chandigarh airport. Just at walking distance, you find Walmart. Chandigarh Railway Station is around 9 kilometers away. Inter State Bus Terminal is less than 14 kilometers. The best part is that it is as good as you are staying in Chandigarh minus the hustle-bustle and busy traffic. the place is neat, air is clean and ambiance is great. At a distance of 2 kilometers, you can visit Paras Downtown Mall, Zirakpur. Chandigarh IT Park is 8 kilometers away. Sukhna Lake and Rock Garden are 14 and 15 kilometers from here, respectively.

The open-air swimming pool on the second floor is a no-dive pool. Evenings are quite enjoyable and cool. Spa and gym on the first floor are large enough with all traditional and modern facilities. You have the presidential suite here to stay if you are fond of super luxury facilities and setup. I visited a presidential suite and found it huge and impressive 1200 sq. ft. You have separate sitting room, kitchen, dining, bedroom etc. I found a balcony missing here. Then you have Deluxe Rooms. Deluxe Rooms are 820 sq. ft that is ideally good for a family to stay. The 300 sq. ft. Superior Rooms are no less in any luxury amenities and is ideally good for a couple or a single person stay.

The wi-fi is available to you without any disruptions and at a high enough speed for live video streaming. Electronic safe, tea-coffee maker, mini refrigerator are there in every room. For dining, you have three options - Essence on the first floor, Zaranj and Free Spirit, both on the second floor. all three restaurants are unique and give you an entirely different kind of experience. You have 24-hours in-room dining facility. Essence is larger than the other two and is quite elegant. You have a separate and comfortable smoking zone here. Buffet Breakfast has a lot of variance and variety and is a no-miss at any cost. Zaranj has a street-look ambiance that is magical, energetic and lively. Free Spirit is having a right atmosphere to take your spirits up with all kind of world class range of spirits. You have a billiards table here and the bar is fabulous. There is a big screen to entertain you. On weekends, there is live karaoke and live Sufi music event.

Overall it was a great experience in terms of courtesy, room service, hospitality, food, room facilities, gym facilities and everything else.

Spinach and Tarragon - Chicken Roulade

In the starters, I had Nut Crumbled River Fish and it was delicious. The beauty is not only on the taste of the preparations, but the presentation gives you a different kind of delight. In the next course, I had Spinach and Tarragon - Chicken Roulade and you will find it yummy. The sweet end to the story is fine with three excellent dishes. Baked Yoghurt,  Citrus Cheese Cake, and, Rose Leaf Compote and Dark Chocolate Truffle.

Explore The Nightlife In Mumbai

If you ask me Mumbai is a city that never sleeps. The night under the moon, half-moon or no moon is as bright as the day in the sunlight. And as safe as ever. If we compare safety in Delhi and Mumbai, latter is far safer and probably beyond comparison. That is the beauty of Mumbai. Mumbai is the financial capital of India where billions of trading happen each day. It is also one of the busiest metro cities of India. Mumbai has a lot of history imbibed in it.

Nightlife in Mumbai is not just there for the sake of it but because Mumbai residents are lively by heart. They work hard during the day and don’t mind spending hours in the night to enjoy. In fact, the business accruals in the night are as high in Mumbai as during the day time. You go to Juhu beach or Chawpati beach, you will find a good range of restaurants and pubs around that are open during the whole night. In fact, the local trains also run throughout the night here except for a gap of a couple of hours in the late night/ early morning hours. Life is quite dynamic here and probably that is because it is the demand of the lifestyle here. In most parts of Mumbai, you will find that people love and enjoy club dance.

Mumbai is not only safe as compared to other cities of India, but the people here is highly disciplined and cultured too. That is why it will be right to say that you can find best night clubs in Mumbai meant for the best class of people in Mumbai. The city is as welcoming to tourists and visitors as it is for Mumbaikars. There is no differentiation among the people here. It hardly matters if you are a local or an outside. You are always welcome anywhere, anytime. There are a lot of people from other states who come to Mumbai and settle down here as the job opportunities are very high here. It is quite popular that anyone who comes to Mumbai in search of a job or earning never fails. That way it will not be a misnomer that Mumbai has a very big heart to welcome everyone here – as a job seeker, as a tourist, as a student and so on.

Hua Hin Beach Review: A Beach for Thai Royal Family, Locales & Foreigners

General:

This is the most popular beach amongst the Thais and equally important holiday resort for foreigners. The length of the beach is approximately 5 miles and this place has the highest density of world class golf courses anywhere in Thailand (Golf and Football are the two main games preferred in Thailand). This is the oldest (70 years old) of the beaches in Thailand as Phuket and Samui being the new discoveries. The place was unaffected by Tsunami. This place has an 18-hole golf course and a huge fishing port. Most of the Bangkok’s Upper class has their own beachfront summer houses towards the south and north of Hua Hin along the curvy sandy bay and usually they will come here on weekends with their families.

This place definitely gives a different holidaying experience.

History:

This place was discovered by the King Rama VII in early 1920s. He established his Royal Resorts here and subsequently became popular in a short time. The place is connected to Bangkok via Road as well as Train. In 1928 King Rama VII built his Klai Kangwon (Klai in thai means “far from” and Kangwon means “worries”) Palace which is used by the current Royal family even today and is open to visitors. In 1923 State Railways working under the then kingdom built the Railway Hotel in a traditional old Thai architecture, which today is known as Sofitel Central Hua Hin Hotel.

Bangkok to Hua Hin:

Taxi (120 Baht) from my hotel reached to Bangkok Southern Bus Terminal in 40 minutes to get a bus for Hua Hin. At 7 I was in the bus that was going to Hua Hin. You will find government and private Air conditioned and Non-A/C buses going to Hua Hin from this terminal starting every half an hour. Ticket costs 130 Baht per person. And the journey started. I adjusted my seat in a semi laying position and dropped my mobile from my back pocket in the bus. It was given to me by a young boy who had got into the bus to sell off cold drinks and snacks. We were amazed at his sincerity. We were half asleep when we reached at this place and the moment we got down one of us noticed that he had slipped out his wallet from his pocket in the bus. The bus was taking a slow turn about 50 metres away and was almost at a standstill and hence my friend could run and get into the bus. And he found his wallet back at the back of his seat. Great!.

We reached at Hua Hin:

It was around 11 when we reached there. We enquired and got to know that we can take bikes or taxi to go to the beach. Just tried to cross check with a foreigner and got to know that it is at a walking distance (around one plus kilometers) and we decided to go by walk. Near the beach we found an Indian Restaurant and decided that we will have our lunch here while coming back.

At the Beach:

The Beachside

On the beach side there were so many beachside snacks/beer shops having their shady tables and leisure chairs to relax. We sat on this chairs and immediately the shop owner came to us and told that for one hour sitting he will charge 20 Baht per person, if for whole day 60 Baht and if we order something to eat no extra charges for sitting. We negotiated with her that we will have beer and will not pay for it and not extra Baht for sitting.

Into the Sea

We decided to swim in the sea for couple of hours and have some photo session with our 7 megapixels camera before we have beer and later lunch before going back to Bangkok. Got into the sea and had a good time. Then to go deeper we decided to take tubes @ 40/- Baht. Enjoyed the swimming but there is a catch, there are big rocks inside the water, so you need to be careful. I wounded my feet slightly. Locales were busy in capturing sea food items.

Finally the Bikinis, the topless and the Men at the Beach

The beach is full of foreigners from almost all parts of the world. Many topless and bikini beauties were spotted easily lying on beach chairs, applying oil on their body after swimming and enjoying sun bath and swimming in the beach. We had a great photo session

Thai English

Thai English is different – saw a logo behind a car – “EVERY HAPPY”. They don’t know tenses; verbs etc. but convey the message beautifully. Important lines to catch – “INDIA MANY BRAINS”

“MANY SALARY”

“MANY CARS”

“NO GO”

“NO HAVE”

Makemytrip Review: An Exhaustive Knowledgebase And Focused Portal For Its Customers Worldwide

Sometimes ratings about an internet based service site are misleading as it might not reflect the true picture of its happy or unhappy customers. The same I feel is in case of makemytrip.com.  Usually what happens in such cases that happy customers do not write reviews or rate in the volumes as compared to unhappy customers. Be it a about a customer or a service, the same would be the general criteria. When people get excellent service, they enjoy it and forget it afterwards. But it is generally the otherwise state that generates pain and induces them to post negative reports and ratings. At times some companies generate dummy positive ratings in order to create a favorable picture in the mind of public. But that is not possible for all companies to do as it would be against the ethics.

If we talk about makemytrip.com, it is performing quite well, year on year basis – both in terms of revenue and number of customers. There is a consistent increase in volume of customers it caters to, on yearly basis. Had it not been the case that overall their customers don’t get satisfied with their services, a consistent increase in volume would not have been possible. The increase in revenue counts for both categories of customers – existing and repeated, and, the new customers. Makemytrip.com is 13 years old company that came into existence in the year 2000 primarily as an online travel agency portal. Be it domestic or international airlines in India or abroad, hotels, or complete holiday package anywhere across the globe, makemytrip.com has a thorough professional control over it to manage and execute.  The company operates from 20 cities in India, the U.S., Canada and United Arab Emirates.  It operates on both models – B2C (business to customer or consumer) and B2B (business to business).

The information system and knowledge base is quite impressive on makemytrip.com. On top of the page it educates about the change in few airlines from terminal 3 of Delhi International Airport. by clicking on the relevant hyperlink, you can find the required information. Overall the whole site is very impressive. One more very comprehensively educative link on makemytrip.com is under the section “International Airlines” where you get a list of almost all international airlines. In the list, for example, if you click on American Airlines, the new page that opens will give you a complete picture about this airline – viz its history, details, baggage allowance, destinations it covers, various kind of services it provides, fleet it carries, and finally the awards it has obtained so far. The entire international airlines listed on makemytrip.com are its airlines partners.

Similar kind of detailed information you can find for Austrian Airlines or for that sake for any of the international airlines on clicking the relevant link.

I want to ‘Go with Oh’ to Vienna

Vienna is one of the most beautiful places on this earth. If it is not in your dream destinations, add it and plan for a visit. Meanwhile I have decided to visit Vienna with my family. Best to eat probably would be the local chocolates. Wine is also one of the specialties of this place. Each of the following picture is a virtual tour to this place and can be treated as an individual souvenir. Some fantastic prizes are waiting for you on this website's Facebook page.

I want to ‘Go with Oh’ to Paris

I have been to Paris once. That was a very short stay as it was for catching my Amsterdam flight from Paris Airport. Whatever I have heard, read and watched about Paris has been enough to make up my mind to travel this place with my family. Just checked few lovely pics on this website and got to know that you can win fantastic prizes on their Facebook page.

I would like to visit all below mentioned places with my family. I would like to taste the local wine and various salads. The first photo would be the best souvenir for my adventure.
