Life In A Year #MovieReview #BlogchatterA2Z #Hollywood #Movie

Life In A Year (2020) is a Love story between two teenagers. But it's a well matured love story. It's a story of a clash among a father's plans about the future of his son, a mother's love, a 17-year boy's discovery of what he actually wants in life and a young girl who's about to die in a year. A must-watch emotional and inspirational drama well directed and equally well acted. Cara Delevingne as Isabella has played the role of dying girlfriend. Daryn, played by Jaden Smith also fits in his role well. Daryn is 17-year-old. His father is quite strict about his future and this forces him a very disciplined life.

The moment Isabella comes into Daryn's life, things start changing in his life in a big way. His perspectives on his future, studies, and life change altogether in a very different manner. It is Isabella who teaches Daryn to look at life in a broader spectrum. Initially Isabella tries to avoid Daryn as she knew about her condition. But gradually she had to accept Daryn's proposal. The crux of the story is here. The moment Daryn finds out that Isabella is dying in a year or so, he decides to give her a complete life in her last year. That makes the story of Life In A Year quite touching and emotional.

Just watch the film and enjoy without being too judgmental. I was really wondering why this fanatic film has just an average of 5.8 rating on IMDB. My rating was 8 for this.

Gulabo Sitabo #MovieReview #BlogchatterA2z #bollywood

Gulabo Sitabo was released in June 2020. Directed by Shoojit Sarcar and produced by Ronnie Lahiri & Sheel Kumar, this film has three very versatile actors - Amitabh Bachchan, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Farrukh Jaffar. The roles of Chunnan "Mirza" Nawab, Fatima Begum, and Baankey Rastogi have been played excellently by Amitabh Bachchan, Farrukh Jaffar, and Ayushmann Khurrana respectively. Other artists also played their respective roles quite impressively. The story of Gulabo Sitabo is written by Juhi Chaturvedi. Music is by Shantanu Moitra and lyrics by Shantanu Moitra, Abhishek Arora, and Anuj Garg. I would say it's a great team work altogether by all the departments.

Gulabo Sitabo #MovieReview #BlogchatterA2z #bollywood

The story of Gulabo Sitabo goes like this. Chunnan 'Mirza' Nawab (Amitabh Bachchan), popularly known as Mirza, is a very cunning, sharp minded, active, and greedy old man who keeps stealing small items from the Haveli to get some money in lieu of that from the market. His wife, Fatima Begum (Farrukh Jaffar), popularly known as Begum, is 17 years older than Mirza. Begum owns a big old Haveli in Lucknow. The Haveli is in a very poor condition. Besides Mirza and Begum living in the Haveli are various other tenants to whom their respective rooms have been leased out to them. Most of them are not even paying the rent for various reasons. Begum wants to sell this property and puts Mirza on the job to find some appropriate buyer. Mirza is desperately waiting for Begum to die so that he becomes the owner of the property. Baankey Rastogi (Ayushmann Khurrana) lives in the same Haveli in one of the rooms with him three sisters and mother.

There is a consistent tussle between Mirza and Baankey because Baankey never pays the rent of his room and keeps giving convincing reasons for that. Mirza wants Baankey to leave the room and move somewhere else but all in vain.

Overall, the story of Gulabo Sitabo is fast and engaging. It's a good entertaining, lightweight, comedy film performed very well by all the artists. A must-watch if you haven't so far.

Panga Movie Review #PangaMovie #Panga #MovieReview #Bollywood @hotstartweets #hotstar

The Bollywood movie Panga lacks a number of basic fundamentals of any movie. It lacks rhythm and fuel. The biggest flaw is characterisation of the main character Kangana Ranaut. Weak characterization further weakens with the poor acting by Kangana Ranaut playing the role of Jaya Nigam. The theme of the story is very strong. There is no doubt about that. It could not touch even the double of its budget at the box office. It's a low budget movie. Had it overcome some basic flaws, the revenues could have touched 5 times of its budget without any doubt. Despite having a strong story line, the key role, in my opinion, makes it a weak presentation. Though Kangana Ranaut is well supported by the other actors very well. But she herself could not do complete justice to the role given to her. She was not at her best this time.

Panga movie review

The story of Panga movie goes like this. Jaya Nigam is an ex-star in the world of Indian National Kabaddi. She was one of the most successful Indian Kabaddi captain with a great success in National and international arena during her tenure as a captain. Because of her family constraints after her marriage, she had no other option but to compromise with her rising career that too when she was at the top of it. This, somehow remains as a point of regret in her mind and heart. And then after so many years of her marriage, that hidden desire of continuing her career gets ignited by her son and well supported by her husband. Because of a big gap she is seen in a dilemma initially whether she would be able to get back on the track with the same zeal, momentum, and energy.

Jassie Gill has done a fantastic job as Jaya's husband, Prashant Shirvastava. Richa Chadha, as usual has proved her maturity with her polished acting. Yagya Bhasin as Aditya Nigam, Jaya's son, has also done a marvelous job. Neena Gupta, as Jaya's mother, fits the bill perfectly. It's an overstretched movie just because Kangana Ranaut. She could have done a lot better. It's good that all the other actors played their respective roles magnificently. Otherwise, Panga movie would not have been able to touch even its budget figure at the box office. The story gets out of track at many points. The end could have been a lot better. It's a waste of a superb story because of a poor acting by Kangana Ranaut and a weak direction Ashwiny Iyer.

Berlin I Love You Movie Review @PrimeVideoIN #MovieReview

Berlin I Love you is a fascinating movie. Actually, it is a bouquet of 10 different stories. Each story is powerful in itself. Each story marks its own impact on the mind. In fact, each story shows a different and vibrant character of Berlin. The movie was released in March 2019 in Greece. The movie is fourth in the row in "Cities of Love" series. Unlike its first edition that was about Paris, which actually is a city of love, Berlin is an entirely different kind of city of love. It has its own character and energy. Each of the stories is well crafted and filmed. Each one has its own unique flavor and an element of engagement. These are stories of love, compassion, redemption, and acceptance. "Transitions" is the main story that weaves around the other nine stories in the movie.

Berlin I Love You

Transitions, the key story of Berlin I Love you, is a story by Josef Rusnak. It's a fabulous story. The story revolves around two main characters, both are street performers. Rafaelle Choen plays an Israeli singer and Robert Stradlober play the role of an angel having wings of love. Both have played their respective roles. Dianna Agron has directed the movie quite well. The main cast of this movie includes Keira Knightley, Helen Mirren, Luke Wilson. While reading some of the reviews of Berlin I Love You, I noticed, the reviewers have compared it with its earlier three editions of 'Cities of Love'. I feel that loses its wholesomeness. Each movie should be watched and enjoyed at an individual entity. All the stories in this movie are fantastic, different, and unique. Each story has a convincing plot and a strong message to convey to its viewers.

Berlin I Love You

Overall, I loved the movie Berlin I Love You very much. It has a powerful cast and convincing stories depicting the overall mood and character of Berlin.

Ujda Chaman - One of the Best Quirky And Witty Movies of 2019

This clearly shows the downside of media. Look at the ratings for this movie Ujda Chaman given by the media like India Today, Times of India, NDTV, Filmibeat, and News18 to name a few. All these have given a low rating (below 3). I doubt if any of these esteemed reviewers from these so-called renowned publications really watched this movie. Another doubt I have about these people is if their respective family members actually agree to the low rating give by them to this movie. This kind of reviewers rate just for the sake of gaining attention and popularity. Another reason could be they were not thrown a cocktail party that allures them to give unreasonably high ratings to many movies. These are all biased and unreal reviews in my opinion. All their language used for the review is old and repetitive. Do they really deserve to review?

Source: FilmCompanion.in

Now, look at the other end. The ratings of Ujda Chaman are pretty high on IMDB, Google, BookMyShow, etc. given by the actual moviegoers who watched, liked, and rated the movie. All these real reviews' collective rating is 4 or above. Who will you believe? The former print media reviewers who I doubt if actually even watched the movie. Or the latter real people like you and me who watched Ujda Chaman with their families enjoyed it thoroughly and rated it genuinely. I loved the movie for many reasons. It's well scripted. The actors have done an excellent job especially Manvi Gagroo in her lead role as Apsara Batra. Sunny Singh as Chaman Kohli was no less in delivering his part as the lead opposite to Manvi. Both have done a tremendously good job. Ujda Chaman, I feel, should be shown in every school and college.

The movie Ujda Chaman, in my opinion, is one of the best quirky and witty movies of 2019 with a great message to the youth of our country. In fact, it has a great message for everyone. It's is a fun-filled movie. A must watch. I would rate it 4.5 out of 5. I feel, nowadays, people pay more attention and give more weightage to genuine reviews than those published on print media.

The Sky Is Pink Movie Review @ROYKAPURFilms @rsvpmovies #TheSkyIsPink

It was a pre-release invite yesterday to watch the movie The Sky Is Pink (TSIP). It's a complete family movie and must be watched with family and friends. There are some very clear messages that this movie conveys. First, how LONG you live doesn't matter much in comparison to how MUCH you love. Love every moment of your life. Live every moment completely and purposefully. That adds more value to life. Second, you win or lose doesn't matter in comparison to whether you have given your 100 percent. If the latter happens, then losing will not hurt as much as it does otherwise. The movie has substance and value in its story. In fact, it's based on a real-life story of a teenage girl who's life underwent the same consequences.

The Sky Is Pink

The movie is good everyone. It's good if you watch it with your kids and parents together. Because the movie is about togetherness, love, and care. Of course, reality would have been a little different from the story that is fictionalized a bit to add some colors and flavors in the story for the audience. Otherwise, it might have been a raw documentary. The story and acting but by the key characters are marvelous. Priyanka Chopra Jonas (Aditi Chaudhary), Zaira Wasim (Aisha Chaudhary), Farhan Akhtar ( Niren Chaudhary), and Rohit Saraf (Ishaan Chaudhary), all the for main leads have done a wonderful job. It's 100 out of 100 in acting. They have really synced well with the story with complete perfection and lived their respective characters to the fullest.

The Sky Is Pink

The Sky Is Pink Movie Review

Actually, The Sky Is Pink is a movie that can be watched any number of times and every time it connects well and constructs something positive in mind and heart. The music is by Pritam and he had done it beautifully keeping it low, sweet, and flawless. Lyrics are by the great legend of our times, Gulzar Saheb. All the numbers are perfect pieces. The story moves well in a rhythm. The rhythm is a mix of pain, despair, helplessness, togetherness, sadness, courage, undying efforts, and a little of hope here and there. Overall, it's a must-watch movie. It's releasing tomorrow. The advance booking it on, online and at the theaters. It's a touching story without fail.

The Sky Is Pink

The Sky Is Pink has been directed by Shonali Bose. That is one area that could be a little improvised further, in my opinion. This was a special premiere of TSIP 'The Sky Is Pink', I was invited for. The movie is releasing this Friday. Advance booking has started. Don't miss this fabulous movie at any cost because it ought to be enjoyed only on the big screen with the whole family.

'Har ek ka Apna sky hota hain' Don't miss the beautiful movie 'The Sky Is Pink' coming in cinemas this Friday. 'हर एक का अपना Sky होता है।' Shonali Bose, it seems, has written and directed it fabulously. Watch it with your family.

Do you know there are two colors associated with the movie 'The Sky Is Pink'? One is obviously PINK. The other is Purple. Find out where is it? You might find it somewhere near to a Pebble. :)

The Sky Is Pink

सब अकेले हैं फिर भी मेला है। जिंदगी तूने कैसा toss खेला है? रात भर गई तभी तो दिन अकेला है। Wonderful lyrics by none other than the greatest living legend of our times Gulzar Saheb. A must watch move 'THE SKY IS PINK'

Superb compilation by Great Gulzar Saheb that makes 'THE SKY IS PINK' a fabulous and compelling movie.

Do you know Priyanka Chopra Jonas is one of the Co-producers of 'THE SKY IS PINK'? A not to be missed movie made beautifully for the whole family to cherish together. It comes with a great message for everyone. @ROYKAPURFilms #rsvpmovies #roykapoorfilms #theskyispink #apnasky @shonalibose_ @rsvpmovies
