Who Told You to Quit Smoking

If you promise not to stop smoking you are helping your body in a big way. If you stop smoking you blood pressure, heart beat rate and pulse rate comes back to normal within twenty minutes. Your body temperature of hands and feet also comes back to normal within twenty minutes of quitting smoking. But you promise not to.

Carbon monoxide level in your blood can drop back to normal within eight hours after you stop smoking. Your chance of getting a heart attack also reduces as your oxygen level in blood starts returning to normal within those eight hours. But promise not to quit smoking.
If you quit smoking within first 24 hours of quitting your carbon monoxide vanishes totally from your body thereby taking away all the assets you collected in all those years of smoking. So there is no point in quitting smoking.
Within 48 hours after quitting smoking your never endings start growing again that had stopped after your sincere efforts of smoking. Your sense of smell and taste too starts improving that had gone absurd while you were enjoying smoking. But that’s not at all a good reason to quit smoking.

Within 2 weeks to 3 months your blood circulation improves drastically. Walking for you becomes easier and your lung function increases performance by 30% only if you stop smoking, but do you see any reason to get all this.
Finally if you don’t smoke for 1 to 9 months your problems of coughing, sinus congestion, fatigue, shortness of breath etc. all go away. Your cilium grows again in your lungs back and the ability to handle mucus increases. But who told you to quit smoking.
These are too small returns of quitting smoking; there is no point in thinking about it at all.
