If you promise not to stop
smoking you are helping your body in a big way. If you stop smoking you blood
pressure, heart beat rate and pulse rate comes back to normal within twenty minutes. Your body
temperature of
hands and feet also comes back to normal within twenty minutes of quitting
smoking. But you promise not to.
Carbon monoxide level in your blood can drop back to normal within eight hours after you stop smoking. Your chance of getting a heart attack also reduces as your oxygen level in blood starts returning to normal within those eight hours. But promise not to quit smoking.
If you quit smoking within first 24
hours of quitting your carbon monoxide vanishes totally from your body thereby
taking away all the assets you collected in all those years of smoking. So
there is no point in quitting smoking.
