United Kingdom government has decided to cover those citizens falling in the category of having assets of value more than one million GBP. As per the revenue ministry these are the guys who earned stupendous money during the boom period of economy and business. So they must shell out some money in government's pocket at the time of this crisis when economy is nosediving all across the globe.
