WT20 Super Eights: Pak vs Ind: Top 5 Pakistan Batsmen Sent Back To Pavilion for 60

Suresh Raina took the catch of Shahid Afridi on the bowling of L Balaji and that was the end of innings for Afridi at his score of 14 runs in 12  balls with 2 fours. This was Pakistan's second wicket, first being taken by Irfan Pathan that of Imran Nazeer at his score of 8. Pakistan was 35 for the loss of 2 wickets in fifth over. Nasir Jamshed joined Hafeez on the crease to take Pakistan batting forward.

Pakistan were 36 for 2 in first five overs with an average of 7.16 runs per over. At the end of 6 overs score was 42, exactly 7 runs per over. Nasir Jamshed got caught by wicket keeper Dhoni in the first over of Yuvraj Singh and India's 7th over. Yuvraj was the 5th bowler being tried by Dhoni. Jamshed made just 4 runs in 5 balls.

Kamran Akmal was next to join. Pakistan were 44 for the loss of 3 wickets in 7 overs. Eighth over was given to Virat Kohli. Sixth  bowler was being tried in India's eighth over of the innings. 3 runs given in 8th over and Pakistan were 47 for 3 in 8 overs. Batting average dropped down to 5.87 per over now. 9th over was again to Yuvraj and the second ball was deadly for Kamran Akmal giving a catch to keeper Dhoni. Akmal made 5 runs in 6 balls. This was second wicket for Yuvraj.

Pakistan were 49 for the loss of 4 wickets now. Shoaib Malik was next to join Hafeez. Pakistan were 56 for the loss of 4 wickets in 9 overs with an average of 6.22. Kohli was chosen for throwing 10th over of the game and that was his second over. That was a big blow to Pakistan when Opener Hafeez was bowled out on the last ball of 10th over. That was first wicket for Kohli and Pakistan had lost their 5th wicket. Pakistan were 59 for the loss of 5 wickets.
