Plain Boondi – 110.5 gm
Full Cream Milk – 150 ml
Sugar Free Natura – 1 gm
You can prepare plain boondi at home but instead I bought a good quality packet of 110.5 gms of plain boondi. Take 150 ml milk in a bowl and put plain boondi in it. Stir it for a while and then put the bowl in microwave. Heat it for 1 minute. Your Boondi Kheer is ready. Add 1 gm of sugar free Natura in it. Stir it and mix it well universally.
Garnish it with finely chopped nuts.
Enjoy your Boondi Kheer. Serve it hot or refrigerate it if you want to enjoy it chilled.
