Estimated to capture twelve percent of market share of water heaters in consumer market in India in this segment hindware from HSIL has joined with Groupe Atlantic of France-based international business giant that is committed in transforming prevailing energies into lasting well-being. India-based organization HSIL started its operations in 1960 bringing revolution in sanitary ware. The revolution was initiated by Rajendra K. Groupe Atlantic is a global leader in advanced thermal comfort arena with a classic range of ventilation, heating and air-conditioning (HVAC) products. HSIL and Groupe Atlantic alliance is announced today with the launch of co-branded water heaters. The three variants - 25 liters, 15 liters, and 10 liters will be available in 11 cities with immediate effect and by August, pan India. Top officials from both groups were present at the launch event and were eager to address the queries raised by press and media. The products will be initially imported from the nearby manufacturing locations of Groupe Atlantic out of the 17, including 9 in France. Groupe Atlantic is present in Egypt, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Turkey, Austria and Thailand with their manufacturing facilities. Looking at these logistically and strategically chosen locations one can easily understand that the whole world is easy to cover for them in an efficient and economical manner.



The three variants of water heaters with a capacity of 25 liters, 15 liters and 10 liters are available across eleven prime cities across the country (India) after this tie up between HSIL and Groupe Atlantic. Target for first three years is to capture 12.5 percent of market share in direct consumer segment that will amount to Rs. 450 crore. By then there would be multiple launches in thermal comfort solutions range of products from Groupe Atlantic. Initially it will be a dfirect import of products from the one of the strategically and logistically suitable manufacturing unit of Groupe Atlantic. But there will be enough service centers with sufficent stocks of spares to cater to the servicing needs of the products being launched. Gradually the plans are to launch manufacturing facilities in India by forming a joint venture between HSIL and Groupe Atlantic. That way soon India will be the 18th manufacturing facility of Groupe Atlantic products in collaboration with HSIL.



These ecologically efficient products are definitely going to win the heart of masses in India in consumer segment. All the three variants are having five star rating and uniquely designed state of the art technology O'Pro that enhances the life of heating element. The 2.5 KW of heating element ensures 25% faster heating as compared to other products available in the market. The innter Titanium core shield promises to protect the water tank from its biggest enemy - corrosion thereby providing a longer and healthy life. It's optimzied inlet diffuser maintains consistent temperature.



The sales presence representing map of Groupe Atlantic below will soon have India too. The three capacity variants of 25 liters, 15 liters and 10 liters are available at MRP of Rs. 11,490, Rs. 10,490 and Rs. 9,490 respectively; and in two colors - white and ivory.
