Scenario 1: Interview of 6 candidates from 6 countries to be interviewed face to face for a high level post. 

Solution: Lync 2013
Ingredients: PC/ Laptop at both ends
Lync 2013 client installed
Microsoft email account (hotmail, live, outlook) or organisation email account with domain registered with Microsoft

Head Office Schedule: 10AM to 2PM
Interviewee's Schedule:
Interviewee 1: 10am to 11am
Interviewee 2: 11am to 12pm
Interviewee 3: 12pm to 1pm
Interviewee 4: 1.30pm to 2.30pm
Interviewee 5: 2.30 to 3.30pm
Interviewee 6: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

No late coming excuses/ no travel hassles, no conveyance/ travel reimbursement, no hotel stays, no lunch/ snack expenses.

All interviews recorded on local machine. Video/ Audio as perfect with excellent real time streaming much better than face to face experience.

Scenario 2: Meeting with a Client 2500 miles away

Solution and Ingredients: Same as above
