Phil Schiller Of Apple Declares End Of Life For Optical Drives

The new mac desktops of current and forthcoming generations will be released without optical drives. As per the statement from Phil Schiller of Apple Inc the optical drives have reached to their end of life and hence there is no point in releasing new machines with this old technology equipment.
Any new Mac Desktop being released in the market is having no optional drive.
