On the occasion of 70th foundation day of CSIR Prime Minister Manmohan Singh addressed all its centers via web conference. While addressing Indian premium scientists, PM suggested them to think big and not to get frustrated.
How technology and progress think big in a country where parliament has many of its members having criminal background, are corrupt and have no basic ethical or educational qualifications. Ruling party being represented by Manmohan Singh is no exception to this.
