North Korea Mandates 12 Years Schooling

North Korean government has made it mandatory for kids to do 12 years of schooling instead of 11 years for moving further for higher studies.
This will mean an additional year of schooling from coming year when the new session starts. It is going to be something similar to what happened in India way back in late seventies.
