Every Risk is not Meant For Mitigation In a Project

This link talks about a blog on ITKnowledgeExchange.com pertaining to project, project management, project delays, project risks, risk assessment, risk mitigation plan, project closure, etc. The risks perceived are planned for mitigation based on the severity of each of the risk and the cost involved in mitigation of that risk.

But whatever amount of planning and assessment is done in advance, there are certain potholes in the project through which unwanted risks creep in and that too unnoticed. A last minute call is required to fight against such risks...
