A beautiful Rangoli made on the occasion of the festival of lights - Diwali or Deepawali - usually celebrated in the month of Oct-Nov. The Rangoli is made with the help of sparkling power of various colors, flowers, dry colors powder, candles or diyas etc. It takes hours of efforts to prepare this.
