There are a few scientific references that too are very relevant and easy to understand and correlate. Basically, it connects every individual with his purpose and the values behind it. Every individual has a personalized flow and own style of creativity. Now, this book tries to help to find out your flow and the importance of what we do in life. Because whatever we do gets 100% attention. So, the prime purpose of life is to enjoy whatever we create. I got educated on various Japanese concepts such as takumi and moai. There is something called artificially-created urgency that we all start living with and make it an integral part of our life. According to Japanese perspective it's wrong.

Moreover, it's important to keep doing your own research and meditate regularly. Specialized workers, that is, takumi, and, moai, that is, my connection with community of my friend-circle play a very important role in life. There are detailed chapters on exercise and diet which I found very useful. Also, learned a new concept called - hara hachi bu. Illustrations help a lot to understand the things in a much better way. So is the benefit of steps given for particular exercises. The book serves it's purpose very well by making its reader well conversant with Ikigai. Good that I bought this useful and informative book.
